Tracy Osborn is a garden designer & horticulturist, and the owner of Smiling Gardens. She enjoys plants, people, and working outdoors in the landscape.
After growing up in Indiana and earning her BA from DePauw University in Greencastle, Tracy moved to the Pacific Northwest.
